Subcontractor and Third-Party Policy

VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED · Effective 3 November 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy explains how VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED ("VD Hosts") works with subcontractors, partners and third-party service providers.

1. When we use third parties

  • Infrastructure and software providers, such as cloud platforms, email delivery, messaging platforms, ticketing, backup and payment gateways.
  • Specialist subcontractors and partners, for skills or capacity needed in a particular engagement, for example certain monitoring, security operations or regional onsite support.

2. Transparency about delivery models

We tell clients when a service is delivered wholly or partly by a partner or third party. Where monitoring, security operations or similar services involve partners, the service description and agreement state the delivery model. We do not present partner services as our own.

3. How we choose and control them

  • Due diligence proportionate to the data and systems involved, including security practices.
  • Written agreements with confidentiality, security, data-protection and audit terms at least as protective as our commitments to clients, and a data processing agreement where personal data is processed.
  • Least-privilege access, individual accounts with multi-factor authentication, and removal of access when work ends.
  • Compliance with our Partner Code of Conduct.

4. Responsibility

VD Hosts remains responsible to the client for work performed by its subcontractors under the client's agreement, to the extent set out in that agreement.

5. Sub-processors

We maintain a list of the main sub-processors that process personal data on our behalf or on behalf of our clients. Clients can request the current list from contact@vdhosts.com and are notified of material changes, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
