Payment and Billing Policy

VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED · Effective 3 November 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy describes how VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED ("VD Hosts") invoices and collects payment. The amounts, milestones and due dates for your work are set out in your proposal and agreement, which prevail over this policy.

1. Who invoices

All invoices are issued by VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 09AAICV5598B1ZW, including for work delivered under our brands such as WeboAdz.

2. Currency

  • Clients in India are invoiced in Indian rupees (INR).
  • Clients outside India are generally invoiced in US dollars (USD), unless another currency is agreed in writing.

The currency is fixed in the proposal and does not change during the engagement.

3. Advance and milestones

Every engagement starts with an advance, invoiced on signing and payable before work begins. The balance is invoiced at the milestones in the proposal, after the relevant deliverables are presented. Monthly services are invoiced in advance at the start of each period unless agreed otherwise.

4. Taxes

  • India: prices are exclusive of GST. GST is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18% for most IT and consulting services) and shown on a GST-compliant tax invoice. Please give us your GSTIN before invoicing so you can claim input tax credit.
  • Clients outside India: services that qualify as an export of services under GST law are zero-rated, where we hold a valid Letter of Undertaking, so no Indian GST is added. Any taxes in your own country are your responsibility unless the agreement says otherwise.
  • Tax deducted at source: Indian clients who are required to deduct tax at source should do so at the applicable rate and share the TDS certificate within the statutory time so we can claim credit.

5. How to pay

Payment details are printed on every invoice. Depending on your country we accept bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI, cards and net banking through certified payment gateways, and international wire or ACH transfer. Card details are processed by the gateway and never stored by us. Online payment through our website will be added as it becomes available. Always confirm bank details through a trusted channel: we will never change our bank details by email alone.

6. Due dates and late payment

Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. If a payment is overdue we will remind you, and we may pause work after giving notice until payment is received. Late payments may attract interest at the rate in the agreement and, where applicable, under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. Reasonable collection costs may be recovered as permitted by law.

7. Disputes

If you dispute an invoice, tell us in writing within 7 days of receiving it, explaining which items and why. Undisputed amounts remain payable by the due date.

8. Refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Billing questions: contact@vdhosts.com.
