Code of Conduct

VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED · Effective 3 November 2026 · Version 1.0

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards that everyone working for or on behalf of VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED ("VD Hosts") is expected to meet, including directors, employees, contractors and interns.

1. Integrity and honesty

We are honest with clients, partners and each other. We do not make claims about our work, people or results that we cannot support with evidence. We record time, costs and progress accurately.

2. Confidentiality and data protection

We protect client and company information, use it only for its intended purpose, follow our information security policies, and handle personal data in line with the DPDP Act 2023 and other applicable laws. Confidentiality continues after someone leaves.

3. Anti-bribery and corruption

We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments, directly or through others, in line with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and, where relevant, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent and never intended to influence a decision.

4. Conflicts of interest

We avoid situations where personal interests conflict with those of VD Hosts or our clients, and disclose any potential conflict to management.

5. Respect and safety at work

We treat everyone with respect. Harassment and discrimination are not tolerated. Complaints of sexual harassment are handled under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, through our Internal Committee.

6. Fair competition and compliance

We compete fairly, respect intellectual property, use licensed software only, and comply with the laws of the countries where we work, including export-control and sanctions laws where applicable.

7. Security testing ethics

Security testing is performed only with written authorisation and within the agreed scope. Findings are confidential to the client.

8. Speaking up

Concerns about breaches of this Code can be raised with management or in confidence at info@vdhosts.com. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
