VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED ("VD Hosts") wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website.
1. Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This target also supports the accessibility expectations of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and India's Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) where relevant, and of the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States.
2. What we have done
- Semantic page structure with one main heading per page, landmarks and a "Skip to content" link.
- Full keyboard operation of menus, forms, tabs and dialogs, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface colours chosen for sufficient contrast, in light and dark themes.
- Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and error summaries.
- Respect for the "reduce motion" setting: animations are minimised and moving content can be paused.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) and manual keyboard testing during development.
3. Current status
This website was tested with automated tools and manual keyboard checks during development. A full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed; we will update this statement with its results. Some content, such as documents uploaded by third parties or embedded third-party content, may not yet fully conform.
