1. Service: VD Hosts provides web development, app development, software development, digital marketing, UI/UX, blockchain development, chatbot, and other IT services.

2. Payment: Payment for our services must be made in advance or as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any services in case of non-payment.

3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client upon project completion. The final source code of the platform will be delivered to the client for their ownership.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our Service without our prior written consent. You will hold full right on you website or application developed by us, We will not claim any right on you website/app/software.

4. Confidentiality: We will keep confidential any information that we receive from you that is designated as confidential. However, we reserve the right to disclose any such information if required by law.

5. Disclaimer: We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall VD Hosts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VD Hosts, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.

8. Termination: We may terminate your use of the Service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

10. Amendments: VD Hosts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
