Payment Terms for VD Hosts:

1. Payment Schedule: Our payment terms are divided into three installments: 50% advance payment, 30% payment on the first demo, and 20% payment on the final demo before delivery.

2. Payment Methods:
a) For United States, UK and Dubai, we only accept PayPal, Stripe, Credit/Debit Card, and Wire transfer direct on our parent company’s bank account. We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
b) For India, we accept UPI, Bank Transfer, RTGS, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Card, EMI on Card, Cheque Deposite, and wallet. We also accept cash deposits at the bank.

3. Non-Refundable: The advance payment made by the client is non-refundable under in client cancels the project after 7 days of payment.

4. Payment Confirmation: The client will receive a confirmation email from VD Hosts once the payment is received.

5. Delay in Payment: In case of a delay in payment from the client’s end, VD Hosts reserves the right to halt the project development until the payment is received.

6. Payment Disputes: In case of any payment disputes, the client must contact VD Hosts immediately for a resolution.

7. Taxes: All applicable taxes and charges levied by the government or financial institutions will be borne by the client.

8. Bank Charges: Any bank charges levied by the client’s bank or intermediary banks will be borne by the client.

9. Currency: All payments must be made in the currency agreed upon in the contract. Any deviation will result in additional charges.

10. Change in Payment Terms: VD Hosts reserves the right to change the payment terms and conditions without prior notice.

11. Discontinuation of Services: In case of non-payment or delay in payment beyond 30 days, VD Hosts reserves the right to discontinue its services.

12. Payment Security: VD Hosts ensures the utmost security of all payment transactions made through its website. However, the client is responsible for ensuring the safety and confidentiality of their payment details.
