Refund Policy for VD Hosts:

At VD Hosts, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client may want to request a refund. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Web/App Development Services:
For web/app development services, a client can request a refund within 7 days of the project start date. If the client chooses to cancel the project after 7 days, a refund will not be issued. In case of cancellation, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point.

2. Digital Marketing Services:
For digital marketing services, a client can request a refund within 5 days of the project start date. If the client chooses to cancel the project after 5 days, a refund will not be issued. In case of cancellation, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point.

3. Hosting Services:
For hosting services, a client can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days, no refund will be issued.

4. Domain Name Registration:
For domain name registration, once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if there is an error in the registration process, we will work with the client to correct the issue.

5. Refund Process:
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to our customer support team at support@vdhosts.co.in. Once the request is received, we will review the request and respond within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days.
